Under the Workplace Safety & Health (Risk Management) Regulations, workplaces are mandated to conduct risk assessments to minimize potential hazards.

Target Audience:

This course is tailored for individuals in leadership positions, including top management, EHS personnel, line supervisors, and team leaders. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to spearhead risk management efforts within their organization.

Entry Requirements:

To enroll in this course, candidates must demonstrate workplace literacy and numeracy at Level 5 under the Employability Skills System (ESS) or its equivalent.

Course Overview:

Upon completion of the program, participants will emerge as certified Risk Management Champions capable of implementing effective risk management strategies. The course covers a range of topics, including risk assessment methodologies, hazard identification, and the development of practical risk management plans.

Course Content:

Key areas of focus include risk management concepts, regulatory frameworks, hazard identification processes, risk evaluation methods, and the implementation of control measures. Participants will also learn about risk communication strategies and develop workplace risk management plans through practical case studies.

Duration and Delivery:

The course spans 15 hours of instruction, followed by a one-hour assessment. Instruction is conducted in English through face-to-face classroom teaching, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Facilitators possess extensive industry experience and hold relevant certifications, including the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH). Classrooms are equipped with modern facilities to enhance the learning experience.

Assessment and Certification:

Assessment methods include written exams, oral questioning, and group activities. Successful completion leads to a Statement of Attainment from Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) and a Safety Pass from Eversafe Academy Pte. Ltd.
