The following are the learning objectives of the course:

- Identify and perform the roles and responsibilities of an appointed Safe
- Management Officer (SMO) / WSH Professionals / Safe Distancing Officers (SDO)s in implementing a Safe Management Measures
- Conduct risk assessment for the COVID-19
- Develop Safe Management Monitoring Plan.
- Implement effective and well-organized Safe Management Measures at workplaces
- Conduct inspections and checks to ensure compliance to Monitor Safe Management Monitoring Plan
- Able to train and communicate to staffs and visitors
