Course Content:

The comprehensive curriculum covers essential topics such as:

• Essential of First Aid
• Unconscious Casualty (Non Cardiac-Arrest)
• Respiratory problems
• Shock, Bleeding and Wounds
• Musculoskeleton Injuries
• Burn Injuries
• Other First Aid Knowledge
• CPR (Mouth-To-Mouth) + AED

Participants also gain insights into CPR combined with automated external defibrillator (AED) usage.

 

Entry Requirements:

To enroll in the course, participants should:

• Have ESS Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 5 or above
• Be physically healthy and capable of completing course objectives
• Possess effective English language skills, as the course is conducted in English

 

Course Duration and Venue:

The CFA Course spans 20 hours, with a refresher course available for 16 hours. Training sessions take place in our fully equipped classrooms located at:

Facilitator/Learner Ratio and Certification:

We maintain a facilitator-to-learner ratio of 1:18 for lectures and 1:6 for practical sessions, ensuring personalized attention. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive three certificates: Standard First Aid, BCLS+AED, and Child First Aid.

 

Course Fee and Funding Options:

The course fee, inclusive of 9% of GST, is S$218. Funding options, including SkillsFuture Credit, are available for eligible participants aged 25 and above.
