For whom:

WSH Officers, Safety Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and professionals responsible for construction and demolition safety.

Entry Requirement:

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and demolition legal requirements is recommended.

Course Overview:

• Equips participants with knowledge of demolition safety principles, legal requirements (SS 557:2010), and practical risk mitigation strategies.

Course Content

• Topic 1: Introduction to Demolition.
• Topic 2: Demolition Hazards (Case Studies).
• Topic 3 & 4: Singapore Legal Requirements (SS 557:2010) & Duties.
• Topic 5 & 6: Demolition Sequence & Waste Management.
• Topic 7: Risk Assessment Activity.
• Topic 8: Demolition Safety (Machinery, Scaffolding, Asbestos).
• Topic 9: Total WSH.
