Operate Heavy Forklift (OHFL)

To operate heavy fork lift above 5 ton

Entry Requirement

• Students must:
  • Be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), or holder of a valid Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, or Work Permit.
  • Possess a valid WSQ Operate Forklift Licence or Forklift Operator Refresher Training certificate from a Singapore MOM-accredited training provider, obtained within the last three (3) years.
  • Have at least one (1) year of forklift driving experience and produce a work experience letter together with a copy of their valid forklift licence.
  • Be at least 21 years old (applicants above 65 years old must provide a medical certification confirming they are fit to attend the training course).
  • Be able to listen to and speak English.
  • Be able to read and understand the manufacturer’s instructions, operating procedures, and safety signs.
  • Have a good sense of situational awareness and safety consciousness.

• 17 Hours 30 Minutes including 1 Hour Assessment
